Here’s everything we know so far, about the expected characters, and what players should expect when the crossover goes live.
Bleach Characters Expected in Fortnite
Based on promotional material and reliable reports, the crossover is expected to include four major Bleach characters.
Ichigo Kurosaki is expected to be the main skin, with Rukia Kuchiki, Orihime Inoue, and Uryū Ishida also rumored to appear.
Each character is expected to release as a full Fortnite skin, similar to past anime collaborations like Naruto, Dragon Ball, and Jujutsu Kaisen.
Skins, Cosmetics, and Bundles
Epic Games has not revealed the full cosmetic lineup yet, but Fortnite’s previous anime crossovers give a clear idea of what to expect.
Players can likely expect character skins with anime-accurate outfits, themed pickaxes inspired by Bleach weapons, character-specific back blings, and possibly emotes or music tracks tied to the series. Bundle options that include multiple characters are also expected.
Pricing has not been confirmed, but anime skins usually cost around 1,500 V-Bucks, with bundles priced higher.
When Is the Fortnite x Bleach Crossover Coming?
The Fortnite x Bleach collaboration is expected to release during Fortnite’s Winterfest event in December. While Epic Games has not announced an exact release time, multiple reports point to a Winterfest launch window.
Players should keep an eye on the Fortnite Item Shop once Winterfest begins, as anime crossovers often appear without long countdowns.
This marks Bleach’s first major crossover with Fortnite. It also completes Fortnite’s lineup of top Shonen anime collaborations after Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Jujutsu Kaisen.
With Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War bringing the anime back into the spotlight, the timing of the crossover makes sense. Fortnite continues to use anime partnerships to pull in both longtime fans and new players.
